How much are tickets, how do I get them and is there a limit?

Tickets are $20 per person. You can buy them at the door or online (online ticketing fee applies). There is no limit. Just click the tab below.

How scary is the Virginia City Haunted House?

It is pretty darn scary but if you’re on the fence, we will give you a magic necklace that lets our characters know to “tone it down” a bit.

Are there any rules?

Yes, we do have some rules.

~ Don’t touch the actors or characters.

~ Don’t be mean, rude or crude.

~ Respect others and our property.

~ No weapons, alcohol or pets inside the haunt.

~ MOST OF ALL; take your time and enjoy the adventure and details of the haunt. We want you to have a memorable experience.

Are cameras and videos allowed?

Yes, you may take photos and videos throughout. We also have a photographer waiting for you at the end to capture your experience.

How do I get a copy of the our photos taken by the photographer at the end of the haunt?

We try really hard to post all photos by the next day on our website gallery page as well as on our Facebook Page.

Are kids allowed?

Yes, however this is a scary event with loud noises, flashing lights and unpredictable characters so parents and the coordinator must use discretion.

Are tickets refundable?

Sorry, tickets are not refundable. However, we understand that things happen so you can use your tickets on any other day and time that we are open even if it has a different day and time slot.

Are costumes allowed?

Absolutely! Costumes are allowed and encouraged, however, keep in mind that hallways are narrow so bulky costumes may inhibit your experience.
